Please be advised of the following work occurring on the Downtown Campus, at the Hawley Library and Draper Hall ADA ramp entry from the Hawley Parking Lot. This work is necessary to support ADA ramp upgrades for improved access to the buildings. During this time, work will result in the closure of this ramp as well as the ADA parking spaces in Hawley parking lot. ADA parking spaces in Thurlow should be utilized during this time as well as on-street parking for closer access to buildings, and alternate pedestrian entries shall be utilized during renovation. For Draper this would be Washington Ave. or Western Ave. and for Hawley this will be Western Ave. During brief times of demolition and pouring new concrete, the entry will be fully closed. At all other times during renovation the entry will be available for temporary emergency egress only.
Work is expected to begin on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM and is expected to be completed by Friday, November 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
