Dear Members of the UAlbany Community,
Please be advised of the following work alert occurring on the north side of the Physical Education building. This work is necessary to support repair of the High-Temp Hot Water Underground Piping system. During this time, work will result in loss of heating to Physical Education and Broadview, as well as loss of domestic hot water to Physical Education.
Work is expected to begin on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 7:00 AM and is expected to be completed by Friday, July 3, 2026 at 3:30 PM.

Critical Work Description or Scope:

There is a leak in the underground High Temperature Hot Water system that supplies Physical Education and Broadview, requiring repairs. The system will be shut down to enable the Grounds Department to excavate the pipes.
