Pine Bush - ADA Toilet Rooms Renovation

Work Alert Notification

Dear Members of the UAlbany Community,

Please be advised of upcoming construction work at the Uptown Campus, Academic Podium – Pine Bush Building restroom facilities. This project is part of the P-1578 Academic Podium Pine Bush ADA Toilet Rooms Renovation, which will involve a complete renovation of restroom facilities on the first, second, and third floors.
The work will be completed in two phases:


-    Phase One: Renovation of restroom facilities on the first and third floors 
-    Phase Two: Renovation of restroom facilities on the second floor, including the creation of additional family restrooms from an existing janitor closet.


Phase One: 
Work is expected to begin on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 12:00 AM and is expected to be completed by Monday, December 7, 2026 at 6:00 AM.
Phase Two: 
Work is expected to begin on Monday, December 14, 2026 at 6:00 AM and is expected to be completed by Monday, May 31, 2027 at 6:00 AM
