Immersion Lab Showcases Projects at UAlbany's 2026 AI Plus Symposium

The Immersion Lab showcased three innovative projects that highlight our ongoing work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, immersive technologies and societal impact during the first day of UAlbany's inaugural AI Plus Symposium.

The 2026 AI Plus Symposium was held from March 6 to 8, 2026, and featured interactive demonstrations of new technologies and thoughtful conversations on pressing issues like the role of libraries in helping the public engage with AI, how AI can be best used for teaching and how to responsibly deploy it in research.
