Richardson Hall - Sanitary Pipe Repair

Work Alert Notification

Dear Members of the UAlbany Community,

Please be advised of the following work occurring at Richardson Hall. This work is necessary to support the sanitary line repair on the basement level outside of the elevator. During this time work may result in loud noise, odor, & the elevator will be out of service.
Work is expected to begin on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM and is expected to be completed by Monday, March 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM.
The basement level corridor of Richardson will be blocked and the building’s elevator will be out of service.
Accessible and Elevator Access:
First Floor – Utilize covered walkway from Husted Hall
Second Floor – Utilize walking bridge from Draper 2nd Floor.
Third Floor – Utilize walking bridge from Draper 3rd Floor.
