Tori Phillips

Tori Phillips is the Testing and Accessibility Counselor for Disability Access and Inclusion Student Services (DAISS) within the Office of the Dean of Students.

Tori has a bachelor's degree in secondary English education from SUNY New Paltz and a master's degree in curriculum development and instructional technology from UAlbany.

Prior to working at UAlbany, she worked at an adult vocational school for low-income students. Tori is passionate about creating equity in education. She believes strongly in giving students the tools and advocacy skills they need to succeed in their academic journeys and beyond.
