Morgan and Hu - July

In a Journal of Learning Disabilities study, Paul Morgan and Eric Hengyu Hu analyzed National Assessment of Educational Progress data (2003-2022) and found persistent, though narrowing, under-identification of learning disabilities among students of color, English language learners and girls. They reported no evidence of over-identification among these groups.
