A successful start to the semester requires knowing where to find resources, services and help. In the ever-changing world of the COVID-19 pandemic, reaching out is more important than ever.

The University’s COVID-19 webpage is updated constantly with the latest information on academics, housing and services. Check it regularly.

For questions about housing, call Residential Life at 518-442-5875 or email [email protected]. For information on financial aid, you can live chat with a representative via the website or email your questions to [email protected].


Reach the Registrar's Office:

The Virtual Registrar's Office is open for business with all services being offered remotely. Please check the website for hours of operations and related services.

The chatbot (Minerva) is available to answer questions 24/7. Minerva and Live Chat are available on the website in the bottom right hand corner.
 

Dean of Students

The Office of the Dean of Students is available to help you navigate resources at the University, connect you with the person or office appropriate to the issue, and offer support and assistance to help you resolve concerns. Email [email protected].

Libraries

The University Libraries is completely virtual, offering a wide array of services including curbside pickup of the libraries' physical collection as well as equipment, and box book return. Virtual services include:

• Search the collections of the University Libraries, as well as those of other SUNY libraries
• Ask a Librarian virtual chat or email reference
• Virtual research consultations
• Subject Librarian expertise
• Access to databases and ebooks
• Interlibrary loan of digital resources

Health and Wellness

Contact the Student Health Center at 518-442-5454 or call 518-442-5229 to schedule a telemedicine appointment a clinician. Reach Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or by email or phone at 518-442-5800.
