Introduction to International Education Management

Survey institutional strategy, program development, curricular internationalization, cross-border mobility and articulation, transnational delivery and branch campuses, research consortia, and alumni development.

Administration of Institutions of Higher Education

Study internal organizational patterns and the roles of trustees, administrative personnel, and faculties. Learn how teaching, research, criticism, and sanctions impact different institutional goals.

Higher Education Finance

Analyze financial management in U.S. higher education institutions. Topics include investment-based decision making, benefits and costs estimation, and alternative private and public financing.

The Statement of goals must include the applicants experience, interests, and expectations from participating in the program.

*A GPA of 3.0 and/or 5 years of work experience in any setting are required.
