PhD Student Yimeng Yin wins Award for Best Public Finance Paper

PhD student Yimeng Yin's paper "Investment Risk-Taking by Public Pension Plans: Potential Consequences for Pension Funds, State and Local Governments, and Stake holders" with Donald J. Boyd at the Rockefeller Institute of Government won the award for Best Public Finance Paper at the 6th Annual Municipal Finance Conference hosted by the Brookings Institution.
