University at Albany Statement on Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination

Upon learning of an incident of unlawful discrimination, the University will initiate a response that is intended to stop such conduct from continuing, prevent its recurrence and remedy its effects on the campus community.

Alleged hate crimes should be reported to the University Police Department.
