Jesús Alonso-Regalado wins I Love My Librarian Award
Jesús Alonso-Regalado, Subject Librarian for History, Latin American Studies, and Romance Languages at the University at Albany, is the winner of this year's I Love My Librarian Award (co-sponsored by the American Library Association, Carnegie Foundation and the New York Times). Jesús was one of ten winners of a total of more than 1900 submissions.

5 Questions with Faculty: Gabriel Hetland
Gabriel Hetland is an assistant professor of Latin American, Caribbean and U.S. Latino Studies and a faculty affiliate in Sociology. He recently received the Rochester Committee on Latin America’s 2020 annual White Dove Award "for outstanding leadership and service in the cause of human rights in Latin America.” He came to UAlbany in the Fall of 2015.
