Joseph Creamer

Brief Bio: Joseph Creamer received his Ph.D. and M.A. in history from the University of Washington in Seattle. He earned his B.A. in history from Providence College in Rhode Island. Before joining WCI, he was an assistant dean and adjunct instructor of history at Fordham University in New York City. His research and teaching interests include Medieval European history, higher education, the history of Christianity, saints and holy people, storytelling and memory, and first-year writing. In addition to his professional and scholarly interests, he likes to swim, garden and spend time with his family.
