The ID Card Office in the Campus Center will be managed virtually during Fall 2020. Please email idcard@albany.edu if you need assistance. Almost all transactions can be conducted online or via the CBORD Mobile ID App.

Bookstore

University Bookstore is open! For any questions stop in during hours of operation or call (518) 442-5690 between 9AM-4PM, Monday-Friday, or email.
 
Dining

All dining venues are cashless! Credit card, ID Card, and Mobile ID App payments are accepted.
The myUnlimited meal plan has been modified to the myGreatDane meal plan. Learn more here

Banking

SEFCU Campus Center Branch has new regular hours of operation. ATMs are available in the Campus Center, East Addition and Residence Halls. Virtual Tellers are available in the CC. 
ID Card Office

ID Card Office is open remotely, 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. For card assistance please call (518) 442-5989 during business hours or email.  
Zipcar Covid-19 Safety Announcement

Zipcar has enhanced cleaning protocols with all of their cleaning vendors, provided employee safety education, implemented social distancing, and quarantines (if required).
