UAlbany’s Master of Public Health (MPH) program provides you with a strong foundation in primary public health fields and advanced knowledge in your area of interest.
Concentration options include biomedical sciences, biostatistics, environmental health, epidemiology, health policy and management, and social behavior and community health.
If you’re interested in earning your degree part-time from anywhere, you can choose to enroll in our fully online MPH program with a concentration in public health practice. You’ll receive the same rigorous education you’d receive on our campus, with the benefit of completing your degree remotely.
You’ll gain professional experience through our extensive internship program. Complete 720 hours of internship in two different settings, and be prepared for positions in state and local health departments, community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, and private-sector businesses.
