UAlbany Earns 2022 Seal of Excelencia in Education

At 11:00 a.m. today, I joined more than a dozen other campus presidents from across the country to accept, on your behalf, an important validation of our collective commitment to student success.

This morning’s announcement was streamed live on Excelencia in Education’s website.

This recognition speaks to the very best of what we aspire to be as the nation’s leading diverse public research institution.

When we say that we are here to ensure that every New Yorker can access an excellent education and the life-changing opportunities it provides, we mean it. And we are all, collectively, delivering on that promise.
