2022-23 Recipients of the SUNY Chancellor's Awards for Excellence

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the recipients of the 2022-2023 SUNY Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence. These awards are system-level honors conferred to acknowledge and provide recognition for consistently superior professional achievement and to encourage the ongoing pursuit of excellence. These system-level honors underscore SUNY’s commitment to sustaining intellectual vibrancy, advancing the boundaries of knowledge, providing the highest quality of instruction and service, and serving the public good.

Through these awards, SUNY recognizes and publicly proclaims its pride in the accomplishment and personal dedication of its instructional faculty, librarians, professional staff, and classified staff across its campuses. The awards provide SUNY-wide recognition in six categories: Teaching; Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activities; Professional Service; Librarianship; Faculty Service; and Classified Service.
