The priority for this round of grant funding is empowering communities. They are looking to support inclusive, thriving communities - groups of like-minded people- focused on systemic reform, community leader development, neighborhood revitalization, environmental concerns and the continuation of arts and culture.

This is a single step application process.

• Interested parties should immediately complete the SPA Proposal Request FormPlease fill out this form to be assigned a research administrator.
• The application will be managed by SPA, and you will work with your assigned research administrator 
• All required information, in final form, needs to be submitted to SPA no later than five business days before submission deadline.
