As a result of this activity, the learner will expand their knowledge and competence for health counseling regarding the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines for people who are pregnant and in the postpartum period, the process of getting vaccinated during pregnancy and postpartum, and providing COVID-19 vaccination resources for patients and providers.

After watching this webinar participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines for people who are pregnant and in the postpartum period. 
  • Describe the process for getting vaccinated during pregnancy and postpartum.  
  • Locate COVID-19 vaccination resources for talking to patients about the vaccine and clinical guidance for providers.
