Voter registration processes and deadlines vary by state and territory. Once you register, you can vote in national, state and local elections for the voting district in which you’ve registered.
Students can register with their local campus address while they are studying at UAlbany or register at their home address and apply for a mail ballot. Note: Students can only be registered in one voting district.
UAlbany students with disabilities can get assistance with registering to vote from Disability Access and Inclusion Student Services (DAISS).
