Experiential Learning

Internship Opportunities

Gain practical experience in your area of interest by completing an internship with a local, national or global organization.

The Massry School of Business cultivates strong relationships with employers in and beyond the Capital Region, and most business administration students complete at least one internship as part of their program of study.

Cooperative Education Program (Co-op)

Enhance your classroom learning through paid professional work experience with the Cooperative Education Program (Co-op). Unlike traditional internships, Co-op allows you to fully immerse yourself in the workplace for a semester before returning to your studies.

During your Co-op term, you'll work 35 to 40 hours per week for 4 to 5 months, gaining hands-on industry experience while earning at least $21 per hour. You'll be supported by a workplace supervisor and guided by a clearly defined job description throughout your placement.

This unique model helps you build practical skills, expand your professional network and gain valuable experience before graduation.

Saxbys
