Professional Interests

Will has worked with a diverse range of individuals across community and academic settings and is especially passionate about supporting students in college mental health.

His professional interests include exploring identity development and the impact of systemic issues with LGBTQIA+ and TGNC+ individuals, helping clients navigate grief and loss, and examining the relationship between learning differences and students' sense of academic belonging.

Approach to Therapy

Will takes a collaborative, integrative approach to therapy, working alongside clients to explore their experiences and co-create meaningful therapeutic goals. His clinical approach is grounded in values-based work and draws heavily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emphasizing authenticity, psychological flexibility and committed action.

He also integrates perspectives from feminist and Relational-Cultural theory, recognizing the profound influence of relationships, culture and systemic factors on individuals’ well-being and lived experiences.
