Biological Sciences Seminar: The Morphogenesis and Differentiation of a Career in Oral Biology

Sarah B. Peters.

Special Department of Biological Sciences seminar: Dr. Sarah Peters

  • Wednesday, August 19 at 3 p.m.
  • D'Ambra Auditorium, Life Sciences Research Building

Dr. Peters earned her PhD in 2014 from  the Department of Biological Sciences at the University at Albany and works as an Assistant Professor in the School of Dentistry at Ohio State University. She will trace her career path from graduate training to her current position as a principal investigator, offering our students and postdocs a candid look at the many directions a career in biological sciences can take.

This is a great opportunity for all of our trainees to hear firsthand about career paths in academia from one of our own! Sarah is an engaging speaker with an interesting story to tell. Refreshments will be served!
