Overview
Listening and Learning in a Polarized World, for research on understanding and mapping the phenomenon of polarization or depolarization globally.
Important Information
This initial call will fund a planning period to develop a proposal and network to carry out a project understanding or measuring and mapping polarization between and within societies and cultures in a global context. The proposals will then be considered for further funding.
Process
Note that this is a two-step application process:
• The letter of intent (LOI) is managed by the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations.

• Submit the completed LOI worksheet by 2-27-26 for LOI due date of 3-6-26
• If invited by the funder to submit a full proposal (step 2), it will be managed by the Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA).
