Winter has definitely arrived here in the Capital Region. Winter Storm Fern dropped foot of snow, and grounds crews were out in force moving snow and clearing sidewalks. The storm was followed by a week of frigid temperatures that took hold of the campus, with many nights falling below zero. (Photo by Brian Busher)
