Podcast: Provost Carol Kim discusses UAlbany's Inaugural Showcase

ALBANY, N.Y. (Oct. 25, 2022) — Provost Carol Kim wants everyone to mark their calendars: April 27, 2023, will be the inaugural UAlbany Showcase, a full day highlighting student excellence by showcasing their research, scholarship, creative endeavors and experiential learning.

For its first year, all Showcase events will be on the Uptown Campus — including poster displays and oral presentations of research, art exhibitions and spoken word events, panel discussions and examples of field work.

All colleges and schools will be represented.

Mary Hunt, director of the Office for Public Engagement, sat down with Provost Kim to discuss Showcase, the plans, the details and the opportunities for students.
