|In response to the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, Mail Services is adjusting hours of operation. If you have difficulty getting into the Catskill building, come in through the Mail Services gate area and ring the doorbell next to the Social Science Dock (See Map Below).
Mail Services staff and operation has been modified, so please be patient and feel free to contact us with any questions.
Hours: 8am to 2pm
Please make arrangements to stop by the mail room to pickup your mail and packages.
Campus Deliveries: Varies
Campus deliveries are only be made for areas that have a routine presence.
- Contact Mail Services if your office will have presence on a routine basis and would require routine deliveries.
- If you are in an office that is telecommutting, please make arrangements to stop by Mail Services to get your mail-related items.
Campus Drop-offs: Flats and Letter Mail Only
- Standard and interoffice mail can be dropoff in the mail container outside the back gate at Mail Services; access to the area is near the Social Science Dock.
- Packages must be dropped off during hours of operation highlighted above.

Students: Complete Change of Address Form
If your package was mailed via UPS, DHL, and FedEx you must pay for postage.
