The mission of Mail Services is to provide members of the University at Albany Community with timely and accurate handling, distribution, and processing of all mail related services.

Mail Services has taken the necessary precautions to address the health and safety protocols for the campus community in a response to the COVID-19. Mail Services staff and operation has been modified, so please be patient and feel free to contact us with any questions.
Hours: 8am to 3pm (Package Window: 9am to 3pm)
Mail Services Delivery/Pickup Schedule
If your department does not have routine presence due to telecommuting, please make arrangements to pick up your mail items at Mail Services. Mail Services will not bring and return mail items daily in anticipation that your department will have someone available if there has not been consistent presence.

Campus Drop-offs: Flats and Letter Mail Only
Standard and interoffice mail can be dropoff in the mail container outside the back gate at Mail Services; access to the area is near the Social Science Dock.
Packages must be dropped off during hours of operation highlighted above.
