The 4th Annual Honors College Talent Show
Despite the challenges the pandemic has imposed on the Fall 2020 semester, thanks to the tireless efforts of the Honors College staff and students, the traditional Annual Honors College Talent Show premiered virtually and was a huge success!
Hosts Julie Jasewicz and Michael Mariani hosted this wonderful event virtually, and all attendees were invited to a virtual afterparty to celebrate and interview with the performers about their wonderful talents.
Music and the arts are a wonderful way of bringing people together and living in the moment, and we are fortunate to the many people who came together in this shared value to make sure that the annual Talent Show could continue despite the pandemic.
Many attendees from both within the Honors College and the surrounding UAlbany community attended the Talent Show and celebrated the talents of the Honors students. Dr. Robert Gluck, Professor (Music and Theater), commented that "Everyone did a great job" and Dr. Linda Krzykowski, Assistant Vice Provost for Student Engagement, noted "What a wonderful job! [The Honors College has] very talented students" and noted that the hosts and the work to edit the online presentation was "outstanding".
Congratulations to all performers and thank you to everyone who worked to make the 4th Annual Honors College Talent Show a success!
