TimelyCare

Access 24/7 Virtual Health & Well-being Support

UAlbany has partnered with TimelyCare to expand students’ access to health and well-being resources.

TimelyCare is a virtual health and well-being platform that provides 24/7 access to medical and mental health services.

Currently enrolled UAlbany students can access TimelyCare for free, regardless of insurance status — removing barriers and enhancing access to care, especially during nights and weekends.

Current services include:

  • TalkNow: Access 24/7 on-demand counseling support within minutes for anxiety, relationships, depression and/or school-related stressors.
  • Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time and mental health provider that best works for you. (Limited to 12 visits per year, per student.)
  • Medical Care: Access on-demand and scheduled visits for common illnesses and concerns like colds, flus, allergies or reproductive health.
  • Health Coaching: Develop healthy lifestyle behaviors, including nutrition, sleep habits, time management and mindfulness.
  • Peer Community: Connect with a 24/7 support system, available to help students know they are not alone in their health and well-being journeys.
  • Self-care Content: Access guided self-care content, including yoga and meditation sessions, and group conversations with providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.

These resources complement the University's existing in-person services, which will all remain fully available.
