Joining some of the top business schools in the U.S., 35 MBA students are responding to meet the needs of small businesses devastated by the current crisis by participating in the Small Business School Challenge, a 48 hour virtual accelerated workshop May 14-16th to help strategize and guide small businesses during this pandemic. In addition to the MBA students, more than 22 faculty and alumni are also involved as mentors and judges in this national competition organized by Lifework.

The students are tasked with preparing small businesses to thrive through the coming downturn, not just survive. The students are in competition to create the most viable and innovative short-term and long-term strategies for their business owner clients, who will receive prizes and resource kits made possible by the campaign to support executing their new strategies.
