Jungwon Kuem

Jungwon Kuem is an assistant professor in the Department of Information Security and Digital Forensics at the University at Albany School of Business. Her research uses field experiments, lab experiments, and survey methods to understand how IS users’ psychological states influence their behavior in information systems and information security contexts. Her research has been published in the Journal of Management Information Systems, and several of her manuscripts are also under review at top IS journals. She has taught Database Management Systems and Business Analytics for the past few years. She received her PhD in Operations and Information Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Information System Users’ Behaviors in Information Security (e.g., Cyberloafing and Phishing), Users’ Behaviors in Social Networking Services and Online Communities, IT Addiction.
