Dr. Jungwon Kuem specializes in researching the online users' behaviors in IT contexts, including online communities, social networking sites, smartphone addiction, and security concerns like phishing and cyberloafing. Her work significantly contributes to the field of Information Systems (IS) by introducing new theoretical perspective that shed light on the reasons behind these user behaviors and their resulting impacts.
