Jungwon Kuem

Dr. Jungwon Kuem is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics (ISBA). Her research focuses on individual interactions with digital technologies in organizational settings. She combines longitudinal surveys with experiments to examine how technology-related behaviors develop and how they affect individuals and organizations. Her research examines cyberloafing and employee recovery, problematic patterns of smartphone use, and responses to phishing threats and cybersecurity interventions. She also studies how individuals and organizations can use AI responsibly in the workplace.

Her research has been published in leading journals, including the Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Information & Management.
