Vending Machines
University Auxiliary Services (UAS) operates dozens of vending machines stocked with a wide variety of beverages and snacks across UAlbany’s Uptown and Downtown Campuses.
UAS vending machines are accessible 24/7 and located in academic and administrative buildings, on-campus housing, the Lecture Center and Campus Center.

Vending Machine Payment Options
Students have 24/7 access to vending machines in residence halls and can use Damien Bucks, Podium Dollars, credit card or cash in vending purchases. Add Podium funds online or via the CBORD Mobile ID app. Check the Campus Funds Guide for more information.

Reporting an Issue
For snack vending, refund requests, service issues, and machine malfunctions should be reported using the QR code that is on each machine. The QR code links to a form to complete, the form starts with the machine ID#. If you don’t have the machine ID# you can enter “0” in that first question requesting the machine ID# and then proceed to fill out the rest of the form.
Beverage vending machines are managed by Pepsi. Each machine displays a unique Machine ID and a service phone number for maintenance or refund requests. Please note that the Machine ID is required when submitting a request.
