Mail Services handles, distributes and process all mail for the University at Albany community.

USPS is no longer forwarding mail for free; you must pay for postage for all forwarded mail items from all carriers.
Forms for Faculty & Staff:
- UPS, FedEX and U.S. Postal Service Packaging Tracking Form
- All international packages must have a completed Customs Form
- USPS Chargeback Form
- Certified Mail Form
