Councils and Committees
Much of the routine business of the Senate occurs within its Councils. Councils may gather and disseminate information, act on matters for which authority has been delegated from the Senate, and recommend action in the form of Bills brought to the Senate. The composition of the councils, eligibility to chair, and council terms all must be consistent with Article II Section 6 of the Faculty Bylaws.
