The UAlbany in the High School Program offers competitive awards to incoming freshmen enrolled in the University at Albany’s UHS program. This $1,000 award is renewable for up to three consecutive academic years, contingent upon successful completion of the freshman year, for the potential total of $4,000. It is a non-tuition award, meaning it is allocated to pay for fees, room and board expenses, books, and other personal expenses.
Students interested in applying for a UAlbany in the High School Competitive Award must apply for Early Action admission (November 15 deadline) to UAlbany and can access the application through their UAlbany applicant portal. From October 21 through November 3, students can apply for admission at up to five SUNY campuses at no cost. You can claim this offer by using either the Common Application or the SUNY application.
