In-kind Donation Requests

If your department or organization would like our assistance with in-kind donations of Pepsi beverages or raffle/prize items (gift cards) for your event, please complete the request form below and submit it at least two weeks in advance of your event. Please note that gift cards cannot be used for off-campus purchases. Refer to the gift card policy for more details.

Guidelines for Beverage and UAS Gift Card Donations

Donations are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are a limited number available each semester, therefore, we encourage you to submit your request as soon as you have a date for your event.

1-19 cases

Donations of 19 or less cases can be delivered to a loading dock of your choice for pick-up on the day of delivery or the cases can be delivered to the ID Card Office (Campus Center B-52). Please specify in the online form which option you prefer.

20 or more cases

Donations of 20+ cases will be delivered to a loading dock of your choice on campus (e.g., Campus Center, State, Colonial etc.) and must be picked up on the day of delivery.
