Overview

Funder seeks to offer up to $120,000 over two years to support innovative, high-risk/high-reward research on ASXL-related neurodevelopmental disorders, rare genetic conditions affecting brain development.

It is open to junior investigators (PhD or MD) within roughly the first five years of their faculty careers and aims to advance understanding of gene function, epigenetic regulation, and disease mechanisms with clear potential for clinical impact.

Focus is on:

• Neurodevelopmental disorders (ASXL genes)
• Epigenetics / gene regulation
• Mechanistic biology with translational potential

Process

This is a single step application process:

Fill out the Sponsored Programs Administration's Proposal Request Form to be assigned a research administrator.

The application will be managed by SPA, and you will work with your assigned research administrator.

All required information, in final form, needs to be submitted to SPA no later than five business days before submission deadline.
