Overview
Funder is seeking to build a case-study collection to highlight successful and innovative community-based learning initiatives that connect classroom objectives with work alongside community organizations, employers, or industries and explore how AI has, or could, enhance these efforts. To be eligible for consideration, initiatives should have existed for at least two semesters and have data to illustrate impact.
Case studies should be 2,500-3,000 words, and will follow a specific template, which is outlined on page 4 of the RFP.
Selected campuses will contribute to a published case-study collection and participate in a year-long working group intended to shape a broader research and best-practice agenda for AI-enhanced CBL at urban-serving universities.
Important Information
This award is is not implementation funding for launching or expanding an AI project; a future phase may provide implementation awards and selected case-study institutions may receive priority consideration.
Award winners will also be part of a year-long working group that includes two in-person meetings. 10 applications are expected to be selected.
