This is the fund for Northeastern NY and Blue Fund considers proposals that address one or more of the following focus areas:
- Behavioral Health
- Cardiovascular Health
- Health Care Workforce Development
- Maternal Health
Proposals should demonstrate how their proposal goes beyond sustaining current work by enhancing existing efforts, expanding community impact, or building on established best practices.
