Grants will support innovative, community-focused programs, specifically those serving K–12 students in underserved areas. Programs that encourage hands-on learning and offer opportunities for Applied Materials employee engagement are especially encouraged.

Important Information

All ideas should have a direct K–12 or community engagement component. Faculty are encouraged to collaborate with UAlbany units that have strong community ties and to design proposals that clearly demonstrate impact on underserved youth populations. There are no guidelines on the duration of the grant.
