University Libraries and Database Access

You are entitled to borrowing privileges as an alum. To register for borrowing privileges, you must register in person at any of the three libraries’ circulation desks. You must present a valid photo identification when you register. Verification of your status will be checked with the University registrar’s alumni database. Please visit the libraries during the regular business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Mon. – Fri.) when staff have access to the database.

Alumni can access two Ebscohost databases -- Academic search and Business Search -- using a specific username and password only accessible by members of the alumni association's website. You must be logged in to the Alumni Association website to obtain the login credentials found at www.alumni.albany.edu/database_access. Join our alumni online community by clicking here. LSAT, GRE and GMAT Test Prep Courses

The UAlbany Alumni Association offers LSAT, GRE and GMAT test-prep courses to help alumni and students prepare for law, graduate and business school admission tests. Best of all, these courses are offered at half the price of other national test-prep courses. Courses are taught by a UAlbany alumnus with over 20 years of experience teaching test preparation classes at numerous universities. Courses are also open to non-UAlbany alumni and students.
