Eisenberger works with regional and national educational and workforce organizations to support partnerships and promote education and workforce development relevant to the priorities of the State University of New York (SUNY), UAlbany’s College of Nanotechnology, Science, and Engineering (CNSE) and New York State.
She provides on-site tours, educational activities and outreach visits to regional K-12 schools and uses college fairs and other regional events to promote awareness of STEM fields and the semiconductor industry through the Semiconductor Workforce Innovation & Future Talent (SWIFT) Gateway K-12 Outreach Program.
