UAlbany ISHE Researchers Publish New Study in Journal of Applied Developmental Psychology
The Institute for Social and Health Equity (ISHE) is pleased to highlight the recent work of Dr. Qingqing Yang, Dr. Eric Heng Yu Hu, Dr. Yeonjin Oh, Dr. Jiyoon Park and Dr. Paul L. Morgan on their newly published study, “Do absenteeism and victimization reinforce each other? A longitudinal study of within-person relations and the moderating role of family income,” in the Journal of Applied Developmental Psychology.
The study examines the relationship between school absenteeism and victimization over time, while also exploring how family income may influence these patterns. Using longitudinal research methods, the team provides important insights into factors affecting student well-being and educational experiences.
