Anna Wright is a postdoctoral associate within Institute for Social and Health Equity (ISHE) at the University at Albany. She holds a Master of Public Policy and a PhD in psychology from Georgetown University. Her research examines how children’s social, educational and environmental contexts shape their development and well-being, with the goal of informing policies and practices that promote equitable outcomes.

At ISHE, Anna works on research examining bullying victimization and perpetration among elementary-aged children. Her broader research interests include executive functioning and self-regulation, children’s environmental health and how schools and families can support children’s resilience in the face of environmental and social stressors.
