Danielle's dissertation, " The Indelible Angelica Church: Recovering a Woman in the Age of Atlantic Revolutions", is a micro-historical study of Albany, New York native Angelica Schuyler Church (1754-1814). Her dissertation explores women’s social organization, early American identity, and the ways that historical writing since the nineteenth century has reinforced tropes of Early American womanhood.
