Professor Lahiri Wins the 2022 Edmund A. Mennis Award

Professor Kajal Lahiri's paper with a former PhD student Cheng Yang is selected as the winner of the 2022 Edmund A. Mennis Contributed Paper Award. The award comes with a cash prize and a commemorative plaque.

The award-winning paper is entitled as "ROC Approach to Forecasting Recessions Using Daily Yield Spreads." It will be published in an upcoming issue of National Association for Business Economics' journal. There will be a dedicated session to present the paper at the National Association for Business Economics Annual Meeting, which is held on October 9-11 in Chicago.
