Sport Psychology and Performance Enhancement



We offer education, prevention, and intervention programs related to sport for student athletes, coaches and staff of the Department of Athletics. Topics covered include, enhancing athletic performance (i.e., goal setting, relaxation training, team cohesion), athletes with psychological concerns, substance use/abuse, sexual assault, nutrition, and sport-related injuries.

Interventions are offered in large groups or on a one-to-one basis. In addition, we are available for consultation with the coaches and staff about mental health issues involving student-athletes.
