  • Policies and Intervention and
  • Access to Healthcare

On the NEIGHBORHOOD LEVEL:

Social and physical environments affect individual behavior, such as in the

  • Work Place,
  • School,
  • and Residence.

On the INDIVIDUAL LEVEL:

Individual behavior affects personal health due to

  • decision-making among poor alternatives, which result in illness and/or disability.
