Faculty Expertise and Achievement

Dr. Yeasung Jeong is an assistant professor in the Information Systems and Business Analytics department at the School of Business at the University at Albany, SUNY. She received her PhD in Information Systems with a concentration in Business Analytics from Auburn University in 2023. Dr. Jeong is an expert in causal inference using statistical modeling and learning algorithms. Her research also focuses on changes in IT governance and firm’s innovativeness. She has published in journals such as the Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Machine Learning with Applications, and Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications.
